Terms and Conditions

  • - All deposits are non- refundable.
  • - Balance must to be paid in full before the beginning of the service.
  • - Overtime charges will be apply after the 15 minutes of prearranged time.
  • If Sedan / SUV is cancelled on site or with less than four hours of scheduled time, a full charge will be applied.  
  • - If Sedan / SUV is cancelled with at least four hours of prior to service only 50% cancellation charge will be applied.  
  • - Specialty vehicles such Limousines, Sprinter van, Limo-buses, Minibuses  and Motorcoaches a minimum deposit of 50% of the rental is required, the remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the date of service.  Please note that a 50% non refundable deposit is charged on all jobs.   
  • - Vintage vehicles such as Rolls Royce / Bentley Motorcars, reservation requires a minimum deposit of 50% of the service, the remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the date.  For services outside of Miami-Dade county, extra fees will apply.  Please contact us for more information.
  • - Notification is required at least within 24 hours of services that have a prior reservation for pick up time.  Changes not guaranteed and depends on vehicle availability.
  • - Company is not liable in the event of a mechanical failure while on service and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a later mutually agreed date.
  • -  The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused throughout the rental by them or any members of their party.
  • -  Not responsible for personal articles left in the vehicle.
  • -  Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
